The old B-wing of the Salo Hospital was renovated to include a chapel and facilities for a substitution treatment unit, as well as archive and storage space. The project was initiated because Salo Hospital is being expanded, and they wanted to create permanent, ready-to-use spaces for the chapel and substitution treatment. Despite the low ceiling height, efforts were made to create a bright and beautiful space in the chapel. The chapel is intended for people of all religious denominations, so the artworks on the exterior and interior are suitable for everyone.
