Collected personal data
We collect personal information necessary for customer relations management, such as the name of the customer and their contact information, as well as service user information. We collect information from the data subject directly, as well as from other publicly accessible, officially maintained databases and other external sources, such as the trade register and other corresponding public company registers. In addition to this, we collect the data submitted via our contact request form and use them for the aforementioned purposes of customer relations management.
The purpose of the register and its basis
Personal information is handled in accordance to the current legislation for the purposes of testing our web-based services, managing customer relations, disseminating information about services, and providing consultation. We may use the information in the register to gather and analyse statistics on service users. The collected data will also be used for marketing communications. The use of the data for marketing purposes is based on the individual’s given consent in the contact request form. Direct marketing will be ceased upon the customer’s request. The individual may withdraw consent at any moment by informing the aforementioned contact person. The processing of personal data may be necessary for the delivery of the benefits gained as a result of the relationship between the company and the data subject. The company has a legitimate interest in handling personal data for the purposes of marketing, service, customer analysis, and the testing of services.

Personal data will not be transferred to third parties, nor will they be transferred outside of the EU or the EEA, unless it is required for the technical fulfilment of the services. The request for inspection must be written and signed. It is to be submitted to the aforementioned contact person, and the person submitting the request must be reliably identifiable.
The data subject may request that data be rectified if the data are incomplete or erroneous. The data subject may request that the data be removed, when there are no grounds for the processing of personal data that does not require the data subject’s consent in legislation concerning data protection.
The data subject has the right to limit the processing of personal data if the correctness or legality of the data requires this, or if the data subject, in accordance with their right to object, requests that the processing of personal data be limited only to data storage. The data subject has the right to object to data processing for the purposes of direct marketing as per the legitimate interest of the company.
The data subject may request that data be transferred to another data controller, if this is safe and technically possible.
