Most of the team members of Architect Group Reino Koivula are now working from the safety of their own homes due to the exceptional situation caused by the novel Coronavirus. Working from a distance is nothing new to us and we have been able to keep up the same efficiency and quality as usual. On the bright side, this has proven to be a great opportunity for us to perfect our remote work practices. Online meetings have been our preferred mode of communication for a long time – it’s both efficient and environmentally friendly. Daily virtual coffee breaks and weekly situation reports help us stay connected and keep the team spirit up. Let’s take care of ourselves and one another!
